Core Values

To Know the Lord Jesus Christ Individually and Make Him Be Known Locally and to Nations
(Phil 3:10; Matt 28: 19-20)

We believe our first priority is to know the Lord Jesus Christ and have an individual personal relationship with Him so others can see Him manifest in our individual life, family, work, local community and nations.

Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God
(Matt 6:33; Rev 2:4)

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ must be first in our knowing Him, serving Him and others, giving our first fruits, etc.

Worship Passionately in Spirit and Truth
(John 4:23-24)

We believe that loving God requires all of our heart, soul, mind and body, which will express itself outwardly and inwardly in passionate expression or devotion.

Pray Effectively
(James 5:16; Matt 6:10)

We believe that God hears and answers prayer. It is our responsibility to pray His will and kingdom to come in earth as it is in heaven.

Biblical Authority
(2 Pet 1:21; John 1:1)

The sole basis of our belief is the inspired written Word of God — the 66 books of the Old and New Testament. We believe the Bible and it’s sufficiency to establish our faith and conduct. We hold that scriptures, in their original manuscripts, are infallible and inerrant; they are unique, full, spiritual, and the final authority on all matters of faith and practice.

We Believe People Matter to God, Especially the Lost, and Therefore They Matter to the Church
(Matt 18:14, 28:19)

This includes such concepts of relational evangelism and evangelism as a process.
(Luke 5:30-32;Luke 15:4-7)

Teach Carefully
(Matt 28:20)

We believe that teaching all that Jesus taught us is vitally important and that it should be taught thoroughly and correctly, without adding the traditions and beliefs of men.

Grow Gradually
(Luke 2:52)

We believe that growing up in the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ is a continual process and essential to a healthy individual and church.

Walk in Holiness
(2 Cor 7:1; 1 Thess 3:1)

We believe we are to crucify the lusts of the flesh and live in the Spirit. Therefore, when walking in holiness we will see God manifested in our individual lives, marriages, families, work and church.

Connect Sincerely
(Acts 2:42; 1 John 3:18)

We believe fellowship is vital to a healthy church. Fellowship should be sought and encouraged. Opportunities include regular worship services, bible studies, Home Groups and retreats.

Loving Relationships Should Permeate Every Aspect of Church Life
(John 13:34-35; 1 Cor 13)

We believe the concepts of love should include love-driven ministry, ministry accomplished in teams, and relationship building.

We Believe We Should Be Active in Community Events
(Luke 6:12-13; Acts 2:44-47)

This includes participating in both the local community events and the church community events. This will include the concepts of discipleship, vulnerability and accountability.

Serve Tangibly
(Matt 9:35, Matt 20:28)

We believe that serving others instead of ourselves is a vital sign of spiritual growth and vital to our church and community.

Seek Excellence Honoring God and Inspiring People
(Col 3:17; 2 Cor 4:7; Phil 3:8; Malachi 1:6-14; Prov 27:17)

We believe seeking excellency in Spirit, soul, body and mind is biblical and attainable. All we do should be done in excellency and the best of our abilities.

Forgive Quickly
(Matt 6:14-15)

We believe forgiveness has been given to us by Christ’s death and resurrection and that we should forgive others EVEN as we have been forgiven.

Manage Wisely
(Matt 25:21; Luke 16:10-12)

We believe that living within our means while tithing, giving and saving are all reachable and attainable goals toward spiritual and financial peace.

Missions Minded
(Matt 28:19)

We believe God has a heart for missions and so should we. That God loves every race and nation and that we should GO and make disciples of ALL nations. We go and have established churches in Bolivia and Chile and watch over churches in El Salvador and Costa Rica. We also preach and travel on missions to Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico and Nicaragua.
